The eagerly anticipated update to 2017's inaugural study into the state of subscriptions across Australia and New Zealand. With new licensees joining the Network in the last 12 months, we have an even broader cross section of organisations represented in the 2018 study. Amalia will outline subscription trends over the last year and, in response to requests from our community, explore approaches to subscription pricing, co-subscriber data capture and the value of subscriber benefits, as well as diving deeper into the relationship between flexibility, attendance frequency, yield and retention - a valuable consideration of audience loyalty and engagement whether or not you work in a subscription based organisation.
